What exactly is The Birds Framework?
The Birds Framework is a simple but powerful and memorable communication and profile model. Personalities are categorised into four types—Owl, Peacock, Eagle, and Dove—each with distinct strengths, limitations and communication preferences.
In the workshop, you will learn how to adapt your communication to suit each bird type and get the outcome you need.
Who is this workshop for?
It’s for everyone! Because communication is at the centre of building, strengthening and maintaining both professional and personal relationships. We can always communicate better, especially with ‘difficult’ people and in ‘stressful’ situations.
What if I’ve done DISC already?
We find that clients who have done DISC are keen to see how The Birds Framework compares. Both categorise individuals based on their communication and behavioural traits.
