How long is the Women in Leadership program?
The program can be run as two 4-hour workshops or four 2-hour workshops. This enables time between sessions to test the tools and techniques.
How is it delivered?
The workshops will be delivered face-to-face or live stream. Each workshop is interactive and practical to enable significant change in attitude and behaviour.
How many people can attend?
A minimum of 10 women are required to run the workshop.
Is it suitable for new and experienced professional women?
Yes! If you are new, it’s the opportunity to start your career well, if you are experienced you know the obstacles you face even more overtly. Even Gail Kelly talks about what she would have done differently if she hadn’t been afraid.
Why Do Women Need Their Own Leadership Program?
Research shows that women are more than three times as likely as men to under-rate their performance compared with their manager’s assessment. An all-female environment allows them to openly voice their concerns and fears about perceptions and about their ability/potential, experiences in male-dominated areas. They are more likely to ask the questions they are afraid to ask in a mixed environment and to speak openly about their barriers to promotion.
